At Country Dairy, our goal is to produce lean beef that tastes exceptionally good!

Our Process
We raise about 100 steers each year to serve our beef needs in the Fresh Meat Market, as well as the Farm Store. These hand-selected bull calves are raised on our beef farm, separate from the rest of the herd.

Country Dairy does not use any growth hormones with our steers, which means we raise them a little longer than other farmers in order to reach full butchering size, typically by 14-15 months.

Our beef steers are on a grain-fed diet consisting of roughly 20 lbs of feed per day: 17 lbs. of corn, 2 lbs. of oats, and 1 lb. of protein/mineral pellets. This choice diet results in a high quality, tender and flavorful beef.

Our Products
We provide fresh, as well as frozen beef, and other products, such as beef jerky and summer sausages. Enjoy a large selection of ground beef, steaks, roasts, ribs, and other cuts.
